Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor available via telehealth throughout the Commonwealth of MA.
Rachel is a graduate of Smith College, BA, and Springfield College, MSW. She has served adolescent and adult populations impacted by substance use disorder, trauma, co-occurring disorders, domestic violence and family conflict for over a decade. Rachel is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and supports health at every size. She has a core belief in harm reduction. Rachel is a human mom, a cat mom, and a proud Worcesterite.

Rachel's therapy style is eclectic, given that everyone needs something a little different to support them with their unique situation. She has been extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also utilizes DBT and ACT. Laughter can be medicinal- so let's laugh too. Rachel can provide services for:
